At MUGGIES, we’re committed to getting your new favorite mug to you quickly, safely, and with care. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process.

Shipping Methods

We work with reliable shipping partners to make sure your order arrives smoothly. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery times and shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping method available for your region.

International Shipping

Yes, we finally ship in all of Europe + UK.

Shipping fees and delivery times vary by country and may be affected by local customs processes. International orders may experience customs-related delays and, in some cases, additional fees depending on the carrier and local regulations.

Missing or Damaged Items

If anything in your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help. Include the following:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged packaging (if applicable)
Photo of the packing slip (for missing items) A brief description of the issue.

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

Packaging Damage

We pack every MUGGIES order with love and care so your mug arrives in perfect shape. If the outer packaging is damaged during transit but the mug itself is still in perfect condition, it won’t qualify for a replacement or refund.

Delivered but Not Received

If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please file a claim directly with the carrier. To assist you further, we will need proof of loss or formal confirmation of the claim from the carrier.

Claims for packages marked as delivered are only eligible within 7 days of the delivery date.

Order Modifications

If you need to change your order (address, product, quantity, etc.), you can do so within the first 12 hours after placing it. After that, your order may already be processing or shipped, and changes may no longer be possible.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that window, it may already be on its way and cancellations will not be possible. If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible.

General Information

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 calendar day (excluding weekends and holidays). Tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
