At MUGGIES, we want you to love your mug as much as we loved making it. If something isn’t quite right. Whether it's the style, feel, or you simply changed your mind.

You can return any unused MUGGIES products within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your happiness matters, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, products must be:

- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned in original packaging (including any tags or inserts)
- Signs of use, wear, or damage may result in the return being declined.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, reach out to us at hey@getmuggies.com with:

-Your order number
- A short explanation of the reason for return
We’ll take it from there.

Self-Service Returns

MUGGIES offers a simple Self-Service Return process to make things easy:

1. Once you contact us, we’ll confirm the return shipping cost.
2. We’ll send you a link to register your return.
3. You’ll submit a valid reason and any supporting photos if needed.
4. After your item arrives back to us, our Returns Team will inspect it.
5. We’ll notify you by email once the return is approved or declined.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not include sufficient explanation or documentation.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error (wrong, defective, or damaged item).

Once you request a return, we’ll email you the return shipping cost for approval.

After you approve it, we’ll send the link to begin the return process.

This return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once we receive and inspect the item.

Note:

• Customs delays are outside our control and are not valid reasons for a return.
  
• Bundled items generally must be returned together as a full set.
  

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or in the wrong color or variant, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery at hey@getmuggies.com

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We’ll notify you of approval or denial.
  
• If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 calendar days, minus the agreed return shipping cost.
  
• Your bank or payment provider may take extra time to process the refund.
  
  

Return Denial

MUGGIES reserves the right to reject returns that:

• Don’t meet our return conditions
  
• Are used, opened, or no longer in original condition
  
• Are outside the eligible return window
  
• Are sent to any address other than the one provided via our return portal
